Use of Outlook Add-In – SEPTA
The content of the emails drafted using the SEPTA Outlook Add-In is automatically and permanently deleted from our servers within thirty (30) days or such other time period as may be agreed upon with the client.
In order to continually improve the functionality of our add-in, SEPTA does retain usage data for a period of five (5) years. This data does not contain any email content or headers, but rather is limited to the email addresses of users.
Use of Septa Platform and Services
Septa processes and analyzes enterprise database queries but does not store the actual content of user queries beyond the necessary period for processing. We retain only anonymized usage data for product improvement.
